I started with Lyra Studios in October of 2003. Then, it was primarily running the short-lived contests for Underlight. Shortly after the start of 2004, I was a part of the Public Relations Team for Reclamation. I do a lot of odds and ends, including putting up the Reclamation Tuesday announcements, creating and running most of the contests, being the lovely Beta Fairy, and writing and adding a lot of the FAQs.

My first real exposure to online gaming was Ultima Online, in '98. I got bored after awhile and in the middle of 1999 found Underlight via some search engine. It was my first introduction to real role-playing, and while I know I didn't catch on right away, I like to think I learned a little something from it.

I live in a small town with my husband and quite a few animals. We have a cat, a quaker, a cockatiel, a bearded dragon, a ball python, a dog, and a beta. Kind of a full house. I've turned into the resident bird lady at my job in a store in another (larger) town. In my free time, I always enjoy playing games, be they board games or on the computer. I read almost anything I can get my hands on, including books on animals, history, and anthropology. My favorite fiction authors include Terry Brooks, Terry Pratchett, Robert Jordan, and David Eddings. I adore singing, and participate in choirs and musicals when at all possible.
