Mr. Kramer has minored in both Business Administration and Jazz Studies, and majored in Philosophy at the prestigious University of Memphis Philosophy Department, where he is currently finishing up his graduate degree.

Mr. Kramer began his career with Lyra Studios in 1999 as a Customer Service representative. He was responsible for multiple support departments in addition to directly interfacing with customers on a daily basis via e-mail, IRC and forums. He has also assisted with the administration and creation of account and billing systems.

By 2000, Mr. Kramer had become the Managing Director of Underlight. This position is responsible for ensuring that Lyra runs smoothly and that the specific and strategic goals as set out by the COO, are met. Throughout the last three years in this position, Mr. Kramer has been responsible for the following situations. The development and creation of general company structures and rules to move Lyra towards long-term strategic goals. The calling and chairing of meetings involving group leads to discuss high-level company issues. The resolving of interpersonal conflicts between team leads. Directing and holding group leads accountable for their effectiveness in the company. Assisting group leads to make positive changes in the event the group is not performing well. Appointing and dismissing group leads in coordination with other group leads.

In 2003, Mr. Kramer assumed the position of Producer for Reclamation. He intends to see this unique MMORPG presented to players everywhere.
